Baileys Peppermint Hot Chocolate

Warm up your holiday evenings with this indulgent, creamy hot chocolate featuring the delightful flavors of Baileys and peppermint.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups 2% or whole milk

  • 2 shots of Baileys (3 oz)

  • 1 shot of Peppermint Schnapps (1.5 oz)

  • 2 Tbsp cocoa powder

  • 2 Tbsp sugar

  • Pinch of salt

Garnish:

  • Mini marshmallows

Directions:

  1. Heat milk in a saucepan over medium heat until steaming (but not boiling).

  2. Whisk in cocoa powder, sugar, and salt until smooth.

  3. Add Baileys and Peppermint Schnapps, stirring until combined.

Drink tip:

Use hot chocolate and candy cane to garnish instead of Baileys for fun.

Or, I like to use a decaf coffee (my favorite right now is Starbucks Holiday Blend) and add some Baileys.
